Industrial Machine & Welding, Inc. was established in 1992 by Mr. Ron Turner . He recognized the need for a high quality, precision machining and fabrication facility in the Wilmington, NC area. With over 40 years of machining and fabrication experience, his vision and foresight have brought his manufacturing facility to where it is today.

I set some very specific goals when I founded Industrial Machine & Welding, Inc. To provide jobs in my community, to provide prompt and courteous service, on-time delivery and quality machined parts. I demand total dedication, from myself and my employees, in this endeavor.
